This session invites everyone to reflect on the Eucharist as the source of gratitude and daily transformation in Christian life. Through prayer, reflection, and sharing, we will explore how living with a grateful heart helps us recognize Christ in the everyday moments of our lives and respond with love, service, and faith.
Meet Our Speaker
Sr. Anitha Antony was born and raised in Kerala, India, and is a member of the Congregation of the Mother of Carmel (CMC), a Carmelite congregation founded in India. Inspired from a young age by Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta, she desired to live a life of prayer and service, striving to recognize Christ in every person. She currently serves as the parish Sacramental Coordinator at Sts. Peter & Paul, Winter Park, accompany families preparing for infant baptism and couples preparing for marriage.
