Understanding Stress During Pandemic

April 20, 2020
7:00pm-8:00pm

A virtual Q&A session with Fr. Anthony Aarons, Isabel Fernandez, Ph.D and Catherine Galda, LCSW

Join in live as this trio tackles different topics each week. For our first week, ask questions about dealing with the surprising stressors of this time. Listen as a priest, a licensed therapist, and a theologian give you their best answers.
