Location: St. Anthony Hall (for part of the program) and outside around the St. Francis Statue and Peace Poles (second part of the program).
Lady Poverty, a Secular Franciscan Fraternity, is hosting this peace service to encourage everyone to pray for peace in the world. This is a family-friendly event where all ages are welcome. Students from St John Vianney Catholic school will be highlighted in the service and they will be receiving a peace pole for their school campus. The service will begin in St Anthony Hall with a procession to the statue of St Francis of Assisi where prayers in multiple languages will be recited.
A light lunch will follow the service.
